Delivery & Delivery Date
We will aim to ship your orders in the shortest possible time, after your order has been accepted by us to the postal address you have given in your order. In general, shipping/delivery timing varies between 1 to 5 days in Turkey, up to 14 days in Europe, and up 15 days in the rest of the world. If you would like an Express delivery, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
We cannot however guarantee an exact delivery date and your goods may take longer to be dispatched.
If your chosen product is a Designer product and currently not in stock we produce it exclusively for your order. You will be informed before and shipping time can be up to 5 weeks.
Returns & Refunds
We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: you get 7 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order.
Please note that some designer products and made to order products can’t be returned. These Designers are including NAIA Istanbul at the moment. For Naia we can only offer exchange, no refunds.
How do I return my package?
Product must be unworn and send back in the original packaging. Any costs occurring have to be paid by the customer.
Please send us an email first with your name, order number, article number and the reason why you want to return it. Once checked, we will let you know about the further steps.
Received a faulty item?
We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please contact us at
email@example.com, to help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;
Your Name, Order Number, Product Name and Code, Picture of the fault and a Description of the fault. The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email.
If you contact us via email please have an image of the faulty item.
We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
How long will my refund take?
It can take up to 28 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).
Right now we can't offer a size guide as the measurements and production of each product is different. Picture's are true to size but if you are unsure we recommend to contact us via email at
firstname.lastname@example.org we will be happy to help you find the perfect size!
Promotions and Discounts
Can’t use your discount code? Here’s why:
- The code expired (we have limited-time offers)
- You can only use one code at a time.
- Double check your delivery--some codes only work with specific delivery options.
- Check for typos.
- Make sure the offer can be used for what you’re purchasing
How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. We also accept PayPal and for Swiss customers advanced payment.
