TERMS & CONDITIONS

These general terms and conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between: SOVAYE and any natural person making a purchase on the website, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.

By placing your order on the website www.sovaye.com you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.

1. Prices and Delivery

Prices on the website are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) excluding shipping costs. Sovaye reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.


Shipping Worldwide Of course we ship worldwide, shipping prices vary and excludes duty, import, export, taxes and/or additional charges which differ from country to country. These must be paid directly by the customer. Note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact the local authorities for further information. Customers are informed of the applicable delivery charges of each country, whenever an item is added and at the time of the final validation of their order.

2. Delivery Dates

We will aim to ship your orders in the shortest possible time, after your
order has been accepted by us to the postal address you have given in your order. In general, shipping/delivery timing varies between 1 to 5 days in Turkey, up to 21 working days in Europe and to the rest of the world. If you would like an express delivery, please let us know at info@sovaye.com. We cannot however guarantee an exact delivery date and your goods may take longer to be dispatched.

If your chosen product is a Designer Product and currently not in stock it will be produced exclusively for you. If thats the case, shipping time can be up to 5 weeks. Depending on the country of delivery and the country from which the product will be deliverd, delivery may be subject to custom duties, taxes and government fees. These must be paid directly by the customer. Please contact the local authorities for more information.

3. Product Information

We have aimed to ensure that the colours of our products appearing on our website are as near as possible to the colour of the product. But of course the colours of the products might be slightly different from the ones on the screens. Our goods are mostly produced and/or imported from Turkey.

4. RETURNS & REFUND

We offer exchanges in the form of store credit vouchers within 7 days of receiving your oder. Please note that we do not offer refunds; all exchanges will be provided as a voucher for future use. Additionally, some items such as sale products and made to order items can not be exchanged or returned.

5. Customer Account and Data Protection

All customer details will stay confidential. Gathered data will only be used to handle and process the order, for communication with the customer and for business planning and evaluation. Each customer has the opportuntiy to open a customer account where the order data can be viewed as well as the order history after entering the personal access data. Your data is kept in confidence and not handed out to a third party.

6. Payment Conditions

Pay for your products purchases using Credit Cards/Debit Cards. We also accept PayPal in order to ensure a high level of security for customers and to facilitate their payments. For Swiss customers we also offer advance payment.

7. Promo Codes

From time to time, we may give you Promo Codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products. Remember, it’s up to you to enter the code at checkout! Each Promo Code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time it’s issued to you (e.g. what products, single/multiple use, when it can be used etc.). If you’re given a unique Promo Code that is meant just for you (e.g. a student Promo Code) please keep it secret and don’t let anyone else use it or abuse it (e.g. don’t post it on social media). If we think there is or has been misuse of a Promo Code in any way (e.g. selling it or sharing it with others), we can cancel your Promo Code and/or suspend or even close your account without telling you. We don’t like to do this, but if a Promo Code can’t run properly because someone or something is spoiling the fun for everyone – e.g. fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control that affects the running or fairness of the Promo Code – we can cancel, modify or suspend the Promo Code.
