TERMS & CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between: SOVAYE and any natural person making a purchase on the website, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.
By placing your order on the website www.sovaye.com you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.
1. Prices and Delivery
Prices on the website are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) excluding shipping costs. Sovaye reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
Shipping Worldwide Of course we ship worldwide, shipping prices vary and excludes duty, import, export, taxes and/or additional charges which differ from country to country. These must be paid directly by the customer. Note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact the local authorities for further information.
We will aim to ship your orders in the shortest possible time, after your
order has been accepted by us to the postal address you have given in your order. In general, shipping/delivery timing varies between 1-10 days in Turkey, up to 14 days in Europe, and 10-15 days to the rest of the world. If you would like an express delivery, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot however guarantee an exact delivery date and your goods may take longer to be dispatched.
If your chosen product is a Designer Product and currently not in stock it will be produced exclusively for your order. If thats the case, you will be informed and shipping time can be up to 5 weeks. Depending on the country of delivery and the country from which the product will be deliverd, delivery may be subject to custom duties, taxes and government fees. These must be paid directly by the customer. Please contact the local authorities for more information.
In case you refuse your package:
In case you refuse your package due to custom duty’s or any other reason, the order comes directly back to our warehouse in Turkey and the return costs are gonna be charged for the customer. The item gets destroyed and you won’t be able to get your money or your product back.
3. Product Information
We have aimed to ensure that the colours of our products appearing on our website are as near as possible to the colour of the product. But of course the colours of the products might be slightly different from the ones on the screens. Our goods are mostly produced and/or imported from Turkey.
4. RETURNS & REFUND
In order to obtain a full refund, customers must return returnable items within a period of 7 days. This period begins on the date the parcel has been arrived to
the customer. We try to pay you back as soon as possible. If the customer fails to return the product within this period, it may still be returned, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of either the price of the item or items or the costs incurred for the return. Product must be unworn and send back in the original packaging. Any costs occurring have to be paid by the customer. We shall not accept an item for refund, if it has been damaged prior or in transit. Any returns or refunds must receive initial approval via eMail: email@example.com and Subject "RETURNS".
Please note that made to order products can't be returned.
All Products must be sent back to our warehouse in Switzerland on the cost of the Customer.
Please note some brands are NOT accepting returns or refunds.
These brands is including Naia Istanbul at the moment.
In case you refuse your package: In case you refuse to accept your order from the shipping company, the shipping company will directly send it back to our warehouse in Turkey, the return charges are gonna be charged to the customer and the product will be destroyed. So please be aware that in this case you wont get your money or product back.
If a product is on Pre Order, it can go up to from 2-4 weeks until your product will be shipped.
5. Customer Account and Data Protection
All customer details will stay confidential. Gathered data will only be used to handle and process the order, for communication with the customer and for business planning and evaluation. Each customer has the opportuntiy to open a customer account where the order data can be viewed as well as the order history after entering the personal access data. Your data is kept in confidence and not handed out to a third party.
6. Payment Conditions
Pay for your products purchases using Credit Cards/Debit Cards. We also accept PayPal in order to ensure a high level of security for customers and to facilitate their payments. For Swiss customers we also offer advance payment.
7. Promo Codes
From time to time, we may give you Promo Codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products. Remember, it’s up to you to enter the code at checkout! Each Promo Code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time it’s issued to you (e.g. what products, single/multiple use, when it can be used etc.). If you’re given a unique Promo Code that is meant just for you (e.g. a student Promo Code) please keep it secret and don’t let anyone else use it or abuse it (e.g. don’t post it on social media). If we think there is or has been misuse of a Promo Code in any way (e.g. selling it or sharing it with others), we can cancel your Promo Code and/or suspend or even close your account without telling you. We don’t like to do this, but if a Promo Code can’t run properly because someone or something is spoiling the fun for everyone – e.g. fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control that affects the running or fairness of the Promo Code – we can cancel, modify or suspend the Promo Code.
